We are all students first. By guiding students through their practice, we create space for authenticity, presence, and peace. There is no greater joy than sharing in a student's journey and creating a sacred, safe space (a hOMe) for our community in which to grow. Our instructors are eager to share their love of this practice with students of all levels, ages, and abilities. Learn more about our team below.
I have been practicing yoga since 2003. Yoga had begun as a way to relieve stress and drop baby weight but quickly shifted from a physical practice to affecting not only my body but my life as a whole. What I discovered was that yoga was more than an exercise class—it was a lifestyle and had affected everyone and everything in my life in an amazing and positive way. By spending time on my mat, I discovered the person I wanted to be off my mat and in my life. In 2010, I completed my first teacher training and continue to study with master teachers who have impacted my journey with immersions and modules that expanded my practice and teaching to include disciplines such as yin and restorative. I have built upon my yoga experiences to mold a personal practice of presence and connection and strive for this reflection in each class I teach. Sharing yoga heart to heart and being given the opportunity to guide practices at Peace of Mind Yoga Studio has been a blessing beyond measure. I continue to and am committed to sharing this beautiful practice of mind, body, and spirit with my students and community.
I am so very grateful for the students that have filled this space with love and light and for each and every soul I have met along the way.

Jenny started practicing yoga over 10 years ago when returning to work after being a stay at home mom. When she finally established enough confidence with her practice, she stepped in to her first studio class at Peace of Mind and Jenny knew she was hOMe. Shortly after, a 200 hour teacher training was offered and she knew she was right where she was supposed to be. Jenny completed her training under Lynn Patton and Kristen Yuhas in 2015 and has been teaching ever since. Her appreciation for yoga is rooted in her soul. The awareness, understanding, compassion and love, on and off the mat, is what keeps her connected to practicing and teaching. Jenny teaches all levels Vinyasa and likes to keep it fun and lighthearted.
